What Helped with Nausea During my Pregnancy

Lemon Water

One thing I had a hard time doing during my pregnancy was drinking water. I tried to stay away from sodas and anything that contained any dye in it so certain juices and sodas of course. When I wanted to drink just water it would make me feel really nauseous. I read in a book that adding lemon juice from an actual lemon helped with that and it definitely did.

Juce from Terra Kai Organics

This a super fruit and veggie supplement powder blend. This powder blend is packed with prebiotic fiber. Mixing the powder with water is all you have to do, super easy. I would make this mixture each day I went into the office which was twice a week mainly, because I wanted to avoid being sickly at work and this definitely helped me with that.

Chick-fil-A

Now I have heard that one should avoid certain teas such as black tea due to the caffeine, but my mid-wife assured me that drinking caffeine while pregnant was okay as long as you don’t drink 50 cups of it in one. In other words drink caffeine in moderation in a day.

Lemonade (made with real lemon juice, water and cane sugar. No dyes.)
