St. Patricks Day Themed Charcuterie Board

This is one of those holidays that brings out the creativity in me. The levels of green you see all over the department stores, museums, etc can be rather beautiful. I thought I would be a cool idea to create a charcuterie board themed for St. Patricks Day this year.
With this board, I wanted to incorporate about 70% of green and the rest of the board non-green just to balance the overwhelming of green, green, green. I wanted to do this by throwing in soft coloring with the walnuts, cheese and prosciutto. I also thought it would be cool to to make a rainbow of candy along with some accessories.
I also wanted to lean more on the healthy side for the charcuterie board. Yeah, I know the rainbow candy isn’t really healthy but it’s just that one part HA HA. Overall, the majority of this charcuterie board is pretty much on the healthy side. Happy St. Patricks Day eating, everyone!
